Step 3: Document Readiness & Time Management

  • If we run significantly over due to missing/unorganized files, extra time is billed.
  • If you cannot provide essential documents/details, the session will be paused.
  • You will then need to rebook a new paid slot to continue.

A) Secure Pre-Booking & Done-For-You Scope

  • All appointments are confirmed only after mandatory upfront payment.
  • Our service is a done-for-you concierge session: we actively handle data entry and form-filling live with you on Zoom, based on the information and documents you provide.
  • We support your submission readiness by helping you complete fields accurately and align documents for upload requirements where applicable.

B) Client Preparedness & Extra Fees Policy

  • You are required to have all necessary documents, details, and source files ready and accessible at the start of your session.
  • If the session runs significantly over time due to delays caused by missing, unorganized, or inaccessible files, additional time will be billed.
  • If you are entirely unprepared to provide required documents/details, the session will be paused and you must rebook a new paid slot at your own expense.

C) Flexible 24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment start time.
  • Changes within 24 hours are non-refundable.
  • Missed calls / no-shows require a new paid booking to secure another time slot.

D) Independent Government Authority Disclaimer

  • We take meticulous care with data entry and preparation; however, final decisions, processing times, portal stability, appointment availability, and approvals are determined solely by independent official bodies and service providers (including, but not limited to, the Indian Consulates, VFS, or BLS).
  • Our role is to support accurate completion and submission readiness—not to influence outcomes or timelines controlled by external authorities.

E) Bank-Grade Privacy & Data Security Policy

  • We follow strict confidentiality practices and treat your personal information with the care expected of a premium concierge service.
  • Zero data retention: We do not retain or store your documents after the session, except where retention is required for invoicing/record-keeping or where you explicitly request ongoing administrative support.
  • For your safety, please obscure passwords, PINs, and banking details before screen-sharing. We will never request or require your banking PINs or passwords.
